What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and wallets like Paytm, Google Pay, and PhonePe. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on select products.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order on our website or through the courier partner’s website.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location.Standard delivery typically takes 3-4 business days, while express delivery is available for select areas and usually takes 1-2 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer easy returns within 5 days of delivery for most products.The items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Please refer to our Return Policy page for more details.
How do I return or exchange a product?
To return or exchange a product, go to the My Orders section of your account, select the item you wish to return and follow the instructions. Once the return is approved, we will arrange for a pick-up or you can write a mail to support@gud2deals.com. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Are there any shipping charges?
Shipping is free for orders above 500/- INR. For orders below that, a small shipping fee is charged based on your location. You can check the shipping fee during the checkout process.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only deliver within India. We are working to offer international shipping soon. Stay tuned for updates!
What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as per your preference.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. To cancel an order, go to the My Orderssection of your account and select the order you wish to cancel. Once cancelled, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
How do I choose the right size?

Do you offer gift-wrapping services?
Yes, we offer gift-wrapping services for select products. You can select this option at checkout for an additional fee.
